Key objectives are:
- Responsible to develop HSE training plans, design and developing training programs. He is also responsible to prepare and maintain HSE training records, monitor and set schedules for HSE Training classes as required by the HSE Lead
- Undertake all activities she/he is responsible for, or involved in, with the highest level of consideration for HSE risk management, protecting human health, respecting communities and conserving the environment.
- She/he adopts & demonstrates an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE requirements.
- In charge of developing, reviewing and updating all HSE training support and is in charge to perform the training and ensuring all trainees have acquired mandatory HSE competencies before entering on site.
- With the support of HSE lead, he/she will develop HSE training plan, HSE matrix training and HSE schedule to ensure all package team member (including visitors) have followed all HSE mandatory training, and are able to apply properly what they have learned on site.
- Bachelor/Diploma in HSE
- 10-20 years professional experience in Oil and Gas projects, upstream experience preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in similar position at same or equivalent position

- Technical experience and knowledge in:
- Dealing with HSE incidents/accidents
- HSE Risks Management
- Risks related to Work operations
- Preparation for emergencies & crises
- Management of risks in Operations
