Airswift is seeking a Fabric Maintenance Engineer (Onshore) for a 2 years contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Operator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the Fabric Maintenance team onshore.
Review M&M contractor proposals and documentation.
Give inputs to review and improve contracts and proposals related to fabric maintenance.
Support creating and improving operational maintenance procedures.
Support Floatel campaign plan.
Follow-up and develop KPIs for the discipline.
Costs control and estimates.
Support to the Peregrino Field Operations for PEREGRINO FPSO and the Wellheads Platforms Alpha, Bravo and Charlie.
Responsible to ensure the quality of maintenance Work Orders preparation for the Baseline Plan applied to Peregrino field.
Be familiarized with industrial process plants and with the main codes and standards of the industry.

Solid background in piping systems and their components and materials.

Expertise on man-hour estimation for painting, welding, assembling, insulation, scaffolding works, inspections methods and NDTs.

Experience on repair methods described by the ASME PCC-2, other market-based repairs.

Graduation as Mechanical Engineer
