JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This professional will provide facilities engineering support to the Project.
To support the facilities engineering leader in managing the owners' engineering in reviewing the results of the FEED study.
Prepare the scope of work for the call for tenders (ITT) documents for the EPC scope
Evaluate the EPC tender and facilitate the award of contracts
Provide technical expertise for design and engineering in water treatment
Ensure that engineering is carried out in accordance with standards and functional specifications
Provide engineering support to projects, ensure maturity and deliverables through project approval.
Support interphase management for engineering work
Provide quality control on cost estimates and schedule information provided by engineering contractors.
Carry out technical assurance of the work carried out by contractors.
Provide technical information and evaluation of tenders and contracts as required.
Providing support for internal and external project review activities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant experience in plant/construction engineering, especially in process engineering/design and optimization within upstream projects.
Have relevant experience and technical knowledge of onshore processing equipment, in particular water treatment and processing: As: Software. Legal knowledge, knowledge of regulations, etc.)
Knowledge and understanding of relevant local regulations and standards
Familiar with the use of facilities software.
Good experience of plant procurement processes
Track record of technical understanding of development and construction activities, HSE, field operations and commercial aspects.
Engineering and project management experience
Experience in engineering and construction management
Service to be provided primarily from our offices located in Mexico City, with the option to travel within Mexico to operating sites and other locations where services are provided.
Advanced English.
