Airswift is seeking to invite an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with FCC mechanical supervision site experience to join one of our clients on a project in Iraq.   The main scope of work is site supervision & document control of FCC Regen, Reactor erection/installation work including all its related accessories.


  • Site supervision & document control of FCC or Fluid Catalytic Cracking Regen, Reactor erection/installation work including all its related accessories.
  • Study and planning work execution method, considering detail sequence of the work, required temporary material including tools and equipment,
  • Correct fit-up and installation method of riser, standpipe, slide valve, etc.
  • Coordinate closely with Subcontractor person in charge to ensure all correct method and sequence are followed, all required measurement and checking are recorded accordingly as required.
  • Control and arrange preservation of special material related to FCC Regen & Reactor such as slide valve, expansion joint, injection nozzle, etc.
  • Ensure no damage on related material due to wrong handling during installation work.
  • Ensure full compliance towards licensor requirement.


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited school, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Have 5 years’ experience working with EPC downstream projects
  • Have proven experience working as Mechanical Supervisors on Fluid Catalytic Cracking related projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
