We are currently presenting the world's leading aerospace test solutioning MNC to search for 3 new headcounts for business expansion purpose. Our client offers dedicated partner to efficiently validate engine and airframe performance throughout development, production, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Role involves handle on-site equipment installation, modification, testing, and repair. This role also involves supervising subcontractors to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Install mechanical and electrical equipment following company EH&S guidelines, including the removal or modification of existing customer equipment for new installations.
  • Assess and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic and testing equipment. Analyse problems, determine solutions, and execute necessary repairs.
  • Perform functional checks and commissioning of equipment in line with company procedures, providing timely and accurate reports on all site activities.
  • Supervise subcontractors by coordinating, inspecting, and validating their work to ensure timely completion within project budgets.
  • Represent the Field Service function in pre-job planning, engineering review meetings, and installation readiness reviews. Document red line drawing changes and submit parts requests. Offer technical guidance in developing work procedures and process plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum an Engineering Degree in a related field such as Aeronautics, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of field engineering experience within the heavy machinery or test instruments field industry.  
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
  • Fluent in English and effective communicator who can interact with clients and subcontractors across all levels.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and testing procedures; hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical control systems.
  • Knowledge of PLC code and ability to implement changes with engineering support.
