Purpose of the position
The position covers all The Company activities in Indonesia, The Company subsidiaries, operation partnerships & projects. The jobholder is part of the The Company Indonesia Corporate Organization to:
- Prepare of the full financial planning and analysis of Client Company. This function is not developed up to The Company Standard process in The Client Company. That includes the full preparation of budget, prono, rolling forecast, 5YP and strategic plan on behalf of The Client Company under the group policies,
- Analyze and explain the company activity and the main financial variation by providing variance analysis, rolling forecast of all activities with limited data available for some companies,
- Prepare and review the monthly, quarterly, budget presentations and be responsible for the accuracy/quality of the data,
- Provide support for the operation when needed by providing analysis and financial highlight of the activity,
- Be a valuable caller and interface for any question of the Group related to the activity of the The Company subsidiaries in Indonesia.

- Competency and capacity to take sound and most rational decisions for financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, costs analysis,
- Interface with several entities (The Client Company, The Company & other partners)
- Multicultural environment, with communication in various languages (Mandarin, English, Bahasa, …) as well as different standards/ expectations, capacity
- Activity located in Indonesia remote area. A monthly visit is mandatory to understand and be updated about what happen on the site.
Profile and experience
- English proficiency, written and spoken, Mandarin is a plus.
- Master's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' experience working in corporate controlling.
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data analysis
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate budgets and reports under tight deadlines.
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with different stakeholders.
