Fleet Coordinator & Admin

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients to seek a Fleet Coordinator to work in Midland, TX on a 3-month
contract (possible to year-to-year extensions)

The Fleet Coordinator & Admin manages the company’s fleet of vehicles and handles various contract-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and track purchase orders based on requests, manage supplier approvals, and negotiate terms.
• Support other contract managers in managing contracts for services like fluid hauling, logistics, and pipeline 
inspection.
• Prepare and negotiate contract terms, including master service agreements and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute strategies.
• Communicate policies, guidelines, and processes to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with preferred vendor programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Advise on vendor selection, execute purchase orders, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Serve as a central contact between business units, vendors, HR, and Legal.
• Pre-qualify and re-qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety programs.
• Work with multiple ERP systems for purchasing, supplier registration, and contract management.
• Interface with Internal Audit, Finance, HES, and Risk Management.
• Monitor contracts to ensure suppliers meet terms and participate in performance reviews.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent 
experience) preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in contract management.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, approvals, and ethical business conduct.
• Basic understanding of oil and gas operations.
• Familiarity with contract terms, pricing, and vendor management
