Qualifications/Experience required: The service requires a HSE degree from a Brazilian recognized technical school as well as strong experience in the oil and gas industry, at least strong of which acquired in an offshore context (FPSO, rig, platform or similar) in an HSE position. Required qualifications for the service are as follows: ? Willingness to enforce HSE standards and procedures in a respectful manner and gain commitment from Contractor’s personnel; ? Ability to communicate and interact with management, supervisors and site personnel to coordinate safe work; ? Ability to resolve problems and questions independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; ? Excellent knowledge of the HSE Brazilian regulations (NR, CONAMA, etc.); ? Excellent understanding of the requirements, constraints and obligations established by the Operating License; ? PC skills with MS programs and systems and applications (Sinergy, Enablon, HRAF, etc.).
