Airswift is seeking a Full Document Controller to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
This position is a chance to work in one of the most important multinational companies from Petroleum market in Brazil.
This person will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all technical documentation of the project, within the systems adopted by the company and in accordance with the company's procedure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the focal point of all technical documentation of the Project;
Control all technical documentation (Customer, Suppliers and Partners) received and transmitted during the project life cycle;
Manage the MDR (Master Document Register) of the project;
Support initiatives to improve Document Control systems and procedures;
Participate in periodic meetings with the client and suppliers;
Interface with the main areas of the project;
Collaborate with the elaboration of reports through the ProArc Report Tool;
Guide other project members in the use of document management tools;
Fulfill the requirements established in the BMS, Team Center (PLM), Virtual Library and Project Experience Centre.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Complete higher education in Librarianship or Archivology.
Courses and specific knowledge:
Mandatory:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
· Intermediary English;
· Good interpersonal relationship;
· Good oral and written communication;
· Experience in EDMS;
· Professional experience in the field of document controls.

Desirable:

· Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015
· Notions of Power BI;
· Sharepoint and Teams;
