Airswift is seeking a Financial Manager to work in a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically manage the team, ensuring that the team's sizing and skills are compatible with the strategic needs of the business
Guiding and monitoring the organization and routines in the area, aiming at its good performance and contribution to the company's results, training employees and acting in the personnel movement process (selection, transfers, promotions and dismissals).
Develop the team and maintain a succession plan to ensure long-term performance continuity.
Acting strategically (Leading the Way) supporting other areas of the company to achieve strategic objectives.
Supervise the accounting closing process and organization of Brazilian entities, ensuring that it is carried out with quality and on time, aiming at compliance with procedures, applicable rules / norms and deadlines previously established with the corporation and regional board.
Ensure the efficiency and reliability of short-term and long-term cash management and planning
Develop activities/investment opportunities to optimize/defend the cash position
Manage the financial operations carried out, ensuring efficiency and compliance with the established profitability targets with the required quality, reliability and assertiveness.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher Education Advanced knowledge in finance, accounting and taxes
Advanced Excel
Fluent English
Desirable knowledge in ERP system, preferably SAP
Desirable graduate or master's degree
