Lead, monitor and implement the company’s HSE policies, procedures and program across the country
Develop relevant HSE procedures and templates in local languages, based on company procedures.
Support Regional HSE Manager in his HSE responsibilities for the region
Ensure compliance by all project contractors to relevant legislation and Group HSE requirements, with the full support of project managers
Do Pre-Qualification for the new contractors & existing contractors once every two years on HSE point of view. Make sure HSE performance of contractors is reviewed after each project.
Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements.
Conduct frequent and regular inspections of both construction sites and maintenance operations to check compliance to HSE plan and procedures.
Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects, including design review
Monitor implementation of environmental mitigation measures during construction and O&M phases.
Assist Project Managers to implement improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendation & corrective action.
Lead investigations of incidents, and issue related HSE reports.
Ensure proper HSE training of company staff, organize HSE promotion events such as World Day for Safety & Environment.
Collect relevant information and report HSE data in regular basis.

La prestation s’inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en place sur le site de SACLAY d’un laboratoire d’émulation PHIL (Power Hardware In the Loop) pour des applications de décarbonisation du groupe.
Tâches à réaliser
Soutenir les activités de management global (planning, budget et performance) des projets du programme R&D Power Hybride & Stockage, focalise sur la construction et démarche du laboratoire d’émulation PHIL (site au Saclay/IPVF) et le développement des projets associes à l’utilisation de cet laboratoire.
Coordonner le support opérationnel auprès des projets : planning, budget, méthodes et outils.
Communiquer et s’assurer de la compréhension de l’avancement du projet. Reporting regulier.
Coordonner le management des allocations de ressources pour le projet de construction du laboratoire.
Lancer les commandes d’achat de matériel et d’équipements nécessaire à la construction du laboratoire.
Suivre et contrôler le budget du projet en partenariat avec le service de contrôle de gestion et le responsable des opérations.
Évaluer et gérer les risques du projet.
Rapports d’avancement du projet (planning, budget, méthodes et outils)
Rapport final de la prestation
Expertise dans la gestion de projets.
Expertise dans la gestion de projets/programmes industriels lié aux energies renouvelables ou ingenierie électrique.

As the world’s leading provider of gasification technology for renewable energy production, based on small fraction fuels, we are proud to be in a position to expand our team in Sweden and have partnered with Airswift to support our recruitment plans in 2022 & 2023.
We are seeking x2 Process Commissioning Engineers to support a thermochemical conversion plant with the capacity of generating at least 4,2 MW gas to replace fossil gas consumption at a process plant in Kisa, Sweden. The project will help to address the main remaining CO2-reduction challenge and it is estimated that the plant will reduce its CO2 emissions by 8500 tons per year compared with the carbon footprint of today’s consumption of fossil LPG.
The successful individual(s) will be engaged on a contract basis for an initial 4-6 month period, engaged via Airswift Sweden. There is the potential to start as early as December 2022, working remotely in preparation and familiarisation phases, before site Commissioning activities start in January 2023 based in Kisa, Sweden. The company HQ is located in Gothenburg, Sweden with the opportunity to support further plants / projects across Europe following completion of the Kisa assignment.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing of and as required preparation of detail plans, preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up plans and procedures including system & sub-system allocation & CMS population
Hands on leadership of a team of commissioning discipline engineers and process operators in carrying out Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning & Start-up activities
Identify requirements and scope of work, review specifications, drawings and other documents of the project and establish applicability to the scope of work
Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operation of Renewable Gas Facilities
Support operation in all phases of commissioning, start-up and initial operations
Participating in development of Standard Operation Procedures and operation instructions
Providing input to periodic project reports
Ensure that the relevant Permit to Work is in place prior to commencement of work
Inspect and ensure all construction activities are completed prior to taking up the system for commissioning and ensure the setting up of safety procedures for the same
Ensure that all safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during the commissioning
Attendance/input to pre and post start-up HAZOP/HAZIDs and SIMOPS
Educate process operators / technicians
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
Degree in process engineering preferred
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in process plant operations and/or commissioning and start-up
The job demands a high standard of verbal & written English, a strong team player with highly effective communications / interpersonal & coaching skills, and PC literacy
Fluent in Swedish or other Scandinavian language would be beneficial however is not a necessary requirement
Must have current EU residency or work permit
Must be able to work on international sites extensive periods
