We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Helpdesk Analyst II to join our client in Port Moresby.
Role Overview
- Provide first level end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and implement solutions.
- Assist with desk side or remote assistance as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team for further support.
- Manage and train other team members and lead projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of computer and technical systems.
- Customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- ITIL or relevant Microsoft certifications advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in helpdesk and customer service roles.
