Airswift, an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries, has been tasked with hiring an Instrument & Controls Design Tech for our engineering company client located in Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Work on projects designing state-of-the-art facilities in an electric vehicle, semiconductor, and other manufacturing industries
- Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for the controls of those facilities
- Work with global multidisciplinary teams
- Manage time across multiple projects
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in drafting or engineering technology
- 4+ years of experience BIM design
- Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Experience with electric vehicle, semiconductor, and other industrial facilities
- Experience in instrumentation and controls
- Familiarity with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Familiarity with controls and electrical panels and cable tray
- Familiarity with instrument placement
