Instrument Materials Engineer – Paris, France
Key responsibilities and main tasks:
• Preparation of the technical tender file.
• Monitoring of the supplier's technical documentation.
• Preparation of datasheets / Requisitions.
• Evaluation of supplier offers.
• Preparation of the TBT/TBE (Technical Bid Tabulation/Evaluation).
• Preparation and monitoring of technical clarifications.
• Sending/clarification of offers with other disciplines (Process / Piping material / Corrosion etc…).
• Organization of clarification meetings with suppliers.
• Track quantities and changes.
• Update of MASTERS (P&ID, Official documents, etc.).
• Formalization of feedback.
The experience shall include:
• Mastery of the specificities of instrumentation equipment (flow measurement, control valves, ON OFF valves, valves).
• Mastery of applicable codes (API, IEC, ISA, ASME, etc.).
• Knowledge of Pack Office software (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, etc.).
• Knowledge of ACROBAT software to make comments on documents in “.PDF” format.
• Knowledge of the Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) software from the publisher HEXAGON as a user.
