Our client, a major Oil & Gas Company is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to work within their facilities located in Spring, TX for a 06-month contract (possible to extend).
The Inventory Control Analyst might be performing basic inventory decisions and analysis of high complexity.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers.
Analyse inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
MS Office applications, including Excel
ERP experience
Must be an organized person.
Familiarity with PSIMS, Safety Data Sheet storage database, and NENTEX experience a plus.
