Airswift is seeking a IT Analyst to work on a permanent contract with a major Oil & Gas Company in Georgetown/Guyana.
Responsible for 1st level user support (guidance, queries, incidents, problems and demands) through the communication channels established for the IT area, documenting procedures, escalating calls, preparing and configuring and configuration of IT equipment, IT shifts according to schedule, shipments in the fleet to provide services and on-site support according to the schedule, induction of new users, with the aim of guaranteeing availability, performance, performance, security and meeting business expectations in terms of scope, time, costs and quality, in line with the company's strategy, policies and objectives.

Provide 1st level IT (infrastructure and systems) and Facilities technical support to internal and external customers.

 Support the budgeting of IT support items.
Contribute the processes and allocation of resources and costs in a way that meets the business needs.
 Be available to meet the demands of the area according to the schedules and shifts defined and agreed upon, on call or needing to be on board for on-site assistance offshore.
 Act according to good practices, defined processes for technical support services, demands and requests for infrastructure and IT systems and Facilities.
Ensure the durability and effectiveness of IT infrastructure resources and services.
 Install, configure and prepare equipment, basic software, tools and services required to perform the functions defined for the company's employees and to meet business needs - contributing to their maintenance, support, evolution, useful life and replacement as needed, best practices and corporate policies.
Work in synergy and partnership with the local IT 2nd level support team and global IT team in providing technical infrastructure and systems support services for escalation of technical issues and information security issues as needed.

Higher Education

Differential: Microsoft certifications related to desktops
Experience in support, requests and services of IT infrastructure and systems.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
