Job Description
Responsabilities:

  • Meeting and Greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Schedule and coordinate all aspects of meetings and appointments as needed including food services;
  • Assist in organizing and gather information for meetings and ensuring managers are well-prepared for meetings;
  • Ensure all IT & Technology is properly functioning before the meetings begin;
  • Assist in organizing events/workshops as needed;
  • General Admin support and follow up to the teams located in Buenos Aires office;
  • Proficiency in SAP skill sets: Handle requisition, Service Entry, goods and supplies for the department;
  • Assist in training new apartment employees in related SAP applications (i.e, time writting, expense resports, SAP profile setup, worflows...);
  • Assist in new employee onboarding program;
  • Scan, retrieve and file documents on team site as needed (Requires proficiency with Company Team Site Structure);
  • Assist with administrative and/or technical tasks in the department;
  • Various Tasks or Projects on ad-hoc-basis;
  • Other adm. duties as necessary;
  • Accouting and admnistration tasks: Requisition (service entry, local invoice and payment); Accouting and reporting; Service Entry and payment for invoices with PO; Follow up on payment and invopice processing; Record information management (RIM); LRA - corporate ID;



Qualifications:

  • Some Collegue;
  • Experience as an administrative assistant supporting a large group;
  • Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, excel and word skills);
  • Proficient SAP skills;
  • Experience supporting Management and large teams;
  • Must have demonstrated examples of proactively solving challeging issues in a positive manner;
  • Must be a "team leader" experience working with international companies.
