The Position & Experience Required:
We are looking for an established professional to join our team as a Category Manager to manage and measure the success of multiple product lines across "Sensors, Image Processing and Optics". You will define the category's market strategy by co-operating closely with the rest of the company and actively maintaining and instigating new partnerships. You will also co-ordinate sales and marketing campaigns while remaining responsible for provision of sales material and training for dedicated suppliers throughout the product lifecycle.

You will join an exciting company with an atmosphere that breeds excellence and enjoys a fantastic team spirit. We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic individual who has excellent technical know-how and makes delivering solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations his absolute priority.

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or Administration.
  • 1+ year(s) of professional product, line or category managing experience, ideally with a technical background in image sensors, cameras or software.
  • You have a dynamic and charismatic personality, who enjoys networking and presents comfortably and informatively.
  • You are a self-motived, organizational and communicative person with a strong passion for personal and professional development.
  • Experience in developing, setting up and conducting training sessions.
  • The ability to thrive in an environment that is not micro-managed and goal-oriented.
  • You are fluent or at a professional level in both German and English.

In return, we can offer you an attractive and competitive remuneration package. You will also be involved in the planned expansion of the company over the next 12 months.

We can offer you a chance to be part of our multi-national family and our value-based and highly collaborative company culture.

You will be a key member of a highly talented and motivated team helping to put our customers in touch with cutting-edge machines that can see and think for themselves, as well as us.

The Next Step:
We have an exceptional team in place, and we are pleased to be able to appoint a further person to our growing business. We are aware that you may not 'tick all the boxes', but if you believe you can genuinely offer some valuable skills and experience to our business, please in the first instance contact our recruitment partner Airswift, and the account manager Matt Peach.
