Our client, a major energy company, is seeking someone for a Change Management position to work within their facilities located in Houston, TX.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build performance improvement within the organization.
  • Create, update and maintain training and materials - including video modules, interactive training modules and PowerPoint materials.
  • Produce and implement training plans for the whole company.
  • Train coordinators to be able to teach materials and continue to build fluency with the team.
  • Provide stakeholder feedback about the team and coordinators work.


  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree
