Contract Administrator - Contract - Brisbane

Our client is looking to speak with Contract Administrators for an opportunity based in Brisbane CBD. The successful individual will join a driven and autonomous procurement team supporting the administration of a broad range of contracts.


Raise commitments against contracts via purchase requisition transactions in SAP system. Ensure that requisitions are raised in alignment with the scope and conditions of contract for existing preferred vendor contracts.

Ensure that requisitions are raised with sufficient information and supporting documentation to enable contracts and procurement to execute sourcing activity or cut a work order as required.

Issuance of released purchase order to contractor where required under conditions of contract.

Review Invoices against; purchase order, certificates of completion, payment certificates.

Enter people and equipment time sheet information for contractors and ensuring compliance to sign-off requirements.

Resolve and trouble shoot parked and unpaid invoices.

Support demand managers in preparation of supplier management meetings and performance reviews.
Interface with contracts and procurement regularly to ensure alignment on supplier performance and category strategy.

Close out work orders once the work is complete to release commitment back into budget.
Report on purchase orders raised by supplier, by cost centre.


Experience of contract administration and supplier relationship management.
Experience with process improvement, procedures, and quality assurance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in effectively managing key stakeholders across the operations team.
