Our client, a global Oil & Gas Operator, are looking for a Contract Administrator to work for them in Paris.
Duration: 1 Year (renewable)
Start Date: May 2018
- Assure the management of articles and suppliers in SAP (creation / modification)
- Configure the contracts negotiated in Central according to the categories concerned in the SAP
- Systems of the user sites listed in the perimeter of each contract.
- Accompany and ensure the proper systematic use by the sites of the contracts made available in SAP (trouble shooting & support)
- Update in the systems the contractual prices negotiated by the Central Purchasers (regular periodic renewal of about 500 rates). (monthly / quarterly / yearly)
- Identify and propose improvements to the contract management process / system and ensure the interface between Procurement Methods and IT for their development; accompany the Central Purchasers and site suppliers in these operational changes.
- Provide support for the administrative management of contracts (including archiving in the library)
- Good experience of different SAP flows (articles and suppliers)
