Airswift is pleased to announce we are partnering with BGRS, a global market leader in developing and implementing comprehensive talent mobility solutions, in the search for a Director, Global Client Development for Germany.

The Client Development Director is responsible for sourcing, developing and ultimately securing new business opportunities for the company with clients headquartered in Germany, Switzerland and Austria (GSA) in accordance with our client development philosophy. The Client Development Director is part of a larger global sales and marketing team and liaises with counterparts to support them in providing competitor intelligence and gaining regional preference on global pursuits

Execute the client development strategy

Develop and execute prospecting strategy for target accounts and German speaking markets

Define Target and Qualified accounts by present and potential value of revenues/profits, cost to sell and service, and probability of success

Identify, build and maintain winning business relationships

Initiate and complete proposals, presentations, terms and conditions, negotiations and execution for the acquisition of opportunities

Manage BGRS's prospect management application -

Maintain market intelligence on competitor activities

Manage and develop broader relationships with existing internal stakeholders (Client Services, Supply Chain Management, Finance, etc.)

Minimum 5 years' experience in client development or consulting, ideally in German speaking markets

Likely currently working in a professional services, HRO, BPO or similar environment

Proven success in pursuit and stakeholder management

Well versed in selling and developing relationships at an executive level

Experience of international HR / assignment management or a related field is desirable

Fluency in German and English are a prerequisite
