Our client, a great Oil & Gas company, is seeking an ERP Processes Administrator & Administrative Assistant to work in a 12 months contract position located in Bartlesville, OK.

Job description:

This role is responsible for administering ERP common work processes and providing administrative assistance support for Information Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and create common work processes documentation
  • Perform self-audits of ERP common work processes (change management, incident management) and report non-compliance
  • Coordinate the annual Records Management/ROC campaign
  • Coordinate business continuity testing/notification
  • Assist with Functional Integration Testing (FIT) preparation
  • Onboard new employees
  • Administer ERP Demand Management processes
  • Coordinate annual risk assessments for multiple modules
  • Administer all ERP Services SharePoint Sites
  • Review and assign incoming WE requests, monitor for errors
  • Monitor Winshuttle license usage
  • Handle GRC security access requests/security coordinator responsibilities for ERP team
  • Support the ERP leadership team in Bartlesville
  • Provide support services for FIT and Disaster Recovery testing, including ALM administration, creating FIT metrics, assisting with cutover administration
  • Perform floor leader responsibilities for 2 POB
  • Assist ERP Leadership team as needed with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Experience with system controls, and user administration
  • Experience with managing Microsoft Outlook calendars
  • Experience with SAP, including invoice processing, purchase orders, travel, and expense reporting
  • Experience as a SharePoint Administrator
  • Understanding of Records Management requirements and experience with records management coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead effective meetings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-directed and a team player
