Airswift are currently recruiting for individuals with proven experience as a Corporate Receptionist, for a 6 month contract position. We work with some of the leading mining and resources businesses here in WA, however a background in this sector is not essential.

Manage front of house services consisting of reception & switchboard on a rotational basis, maintaining strong focus on customer service, security access for visitors and facilities management services.


  • Perform customer service / hospitality duties
  • Security access card administration
  • Ensure all internal and external communication is actioned effectively and professionally
  • Ensure Woodside security measures are upheld when external visitors are permitted on premises


  • Switchboard operation
  • Administration and upkeep of database (Directory Manager) and Corporate FM distribution list
  • Management of Company Information email inbox
  • Corporate FM corporate credit card administration and invoice processing as required
  • Corporate FM service entries and purchase requisitions as required


  • Provide general administration support to the Corporate FM team
  • Use Facilities Management System (FMS) to administer relevant duties
  • Use Visitor Management System (VMS) to administer relevant duties
  • Administration of car park, motorcycle and locker allocation
  • Participate in emergency exercises
  • Perform training for Corporate FM team members and Indigenous business administration trainees
  • Provide emergency cover for FMS helpdesk administrator

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant reception/administration experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong customer service approach with a demonstrated ability to deal with difficult situations, where professionalism needs to be upheld to maintain Company brand whilst meeting priorities
  • Competent in reception/visitor management and ability to perform switchboard duties
  • Able to use systems to manage information which may be sensitive
  • Familiar with requirements for emergency response
  • Competent in using databases with preference given to candidates with Facilities Management System experience
  • Ideally acted as a role model for excellence in Front of House duties
