Key Account Manager - France
Key Skills: Sales and Account management - preferably within Safety, PPE or Protection equipment.
Location: Paris - or within two hours commute
Language skills: Fluent/Native in French and a good level of English.
Salary / Package: Competitive Basic Salary + excellent bonus scheme + package
Timeframe: Role has full sign off and budget, ready to interview and appoint.
Interviews: Can be held at a time to suit within 1-3 weeks

The position & experience required
We are looking for an established sales professional with a proven track record in the maintaining of existing business relationships with the ability to develop cross-selling opportunities. You will be an account manager and relationship builder at heart with a focus in the Energy and Environment sectors. There will be a small requirement for new business but the focus being on account management, mainly dealing with end-users.
The ideal candidate would be located in Paris or within a two-hour commute of the region and be accustomed to high volumes of travel.
In addition to this, you will be required to have a depth of knowledge regarding safety and protection equipment standards.


  • 5+ years sales background with commercial experience
  • Customer facing experience selling to end customers and distributors
  • Proven cross-selling experience
  • Experience managing good distributor relationships to ensure a profitable collaboration
  • Technical understanding of product sales & distribution
  • Demonstrated Salesperson with a passion for sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organization
  • Experience within a large matrix-style organization
  • High level of customer orientation coupled with a solution-oriented approach
  • Goal-oriented, autonomous and able to deliver on commitments
