3 - JOB ROLE AND DIMENSIONS
? Provide marine expertise to support the Company offshore oil offloading operations.
? Assist Company in drafting affiliate´s Offshore Terminal Loading Operation procedures.
? Position requires :
o To provide principal expertise in the field of marine offloading operations as required by Company rules.
o To provide Coaching to Marine contractors upon needs and demonstrate Ability to manage the interface with major Marine Contractors, from different cultures.
o Wide Experience (Senior) of offshore operation as Deck Officer and Captain on tankers and DP Shuttle Tankers
o Good technical knowledge of marine engineering equipment and practices in order to assist on preparation, schedule,and supervision of offshore oil offloading operations.

5 - ACTIVITIES
? The offloading specialist provides expertise in the field of marine engineering and operations to support company offshore oil offloading activities
? Technical assistance:
o Witnesses Oil Offloading operation either on board DP Shuttle Tankers or from FPSO
o Ensures all operations under job holder's supervision are conducted safely and within agreed SLA's.
o Provide regular reports and updates to the Marine Project Manager of company on status of offshore oil offloading operations and related equipement.
6 - CONTEXT
? Affiliate taking over the first Pre-Salt operatorship transfer of a producing field
? Very fast transition
? High Cost environment with stringent local Brazilian regulations
? Deepwater and ultra-deepwater environments
? Environmentally sensitive offshore areas
? Offloading specificities and adverse weather conditions faced in our area of operations require strong knowledge of DP
7 - WORK ENVIRONMENT
? Office based in Rio with regular offshore and national onshore site visits when required.
? Team work within a lean structure.
8 - ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Report to Company Marine Advisor / Marine Manager (N+1)
? Contribute to the technical supervision of Company marine activities
? Maintain support for offloading operations
? Issue Inspection, Audit and Close-out report
? Issue Anomaly and incident Report related to offloading operations
? Ensure technical compliance with company's standards
? Technical qualification of ships and terminal acceptance
7- REQUIRED PROFILE (EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS)
? Class 1/ Unlimited Master's certificate (STCW95) for seagoing vessel.
? DP Operator certificate
? 10 years experience as officer and DPO on Tankers and DP Shuttle Tankers. Captain experience required.
? Experience in offshore offloading in North Sea or Brazil
? Proven record of achievement within marine operations
? Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English
