Crude Measurement Technician - Permian Basin
Install, inspect, test, adjust, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate advanced measurement and control systems, and quality equipment including, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all oil measurement facilities and equipment as needed
  • Oversee the commissioning and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties including grind outs
  • Complete appropriate documentation, paperwork, reports
  • Perform all work in compliance with safety and measurement standards and regulatory and tariff requirements
  • Detect measurement errors and correct volumes as needed providing supporting documentation


  • Installing and maintaining oil measurement devices such as PD and Coriolis LACTS, sample systems, S&W monitors
  • Knowledge of Provers (bi-di, piston, compact etc.) operations
  • Strong computer skills of MS Office, operating systems, company software
  • Adequate analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Experience and exposure to oil and gas production required


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must possess a valid state issued driver's license and pass a motor vehicle background check


  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds
