This opening is for a Project Controls Analyst reporting to the Staff Engineer for Projects. As part of the Site Management Team, the Project Controls Analyst provides support to the team that includes the Operational Readiness (OR) schedule development, status reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the Staff Engineer, Projects:
  • Assist in developing Operational Readiness (OR) schedule
  • Maintain and update OR Schedule
  • Maintain the OR Schedule Change Control Log * Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential dependencies from information gathered from managers
  • Support the maintenance of the Risk Register
  • Contribute to the development of Site Management processes, tools and templates
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Correlate with the Human Resource department
  • Perform other functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree and a minimum of 2 to 5 years related or actual experience in project controls and planning.
  • Proven experience and expertise with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Must have experience and be proficient using Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
