Our client, a major O&G company, is seeking a Project Manager to work within their facilities located in Denver, CO.

Job Description:

  • Direct development of project scope, cost, schedule, design, drawings and field support for multiple concurrent projects
  • Direct resource planning, cost estimating and scheduling functions in coordination with Program Management, Resource Management, Engineering and Technical Specialists
  • Supervise project staff including recommendations relating to the selection, training and performance monitoring of same
  • Coordinate the activities of multidiscipline project teams to meet clients safety, cost, quality, schedule and operability objectives
  • Assume accountability for integrating safety into all aspects of design and execution
  • Assume accountability for adherence to Client policies and standards
  • Assume accountability for adherence to designated quality standards
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships


  • B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience serving Oil & Gas Industry clients in the upstream and midstream sectors
  • Experience with projects in oil field production facilities, gas pipelines, gas plants and compressor stations
  • Experience with projects in petroleum refineries an asset
  • Working knowledge of Stage-Gate Project Execution an asset
  • Proven record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects, achieving all project safety, cost, quality, schedule and operability objectives
  • Proficiency with computerized project management and reporting tools
  • Ability to supervise others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
