I am recruiting for a Sales Manager in Aberdeen (based from home) for a US owned renewable energy technology company. Due to significant growth they are looking to accelerate the growth of sales, develop sales strategies and partner with the executive teams to meet revenue goals specific to solidifying Oil and Gas contract opportunities within the Aberdeen market.
This role reports directly to the CEO and they already have a presence in the UK with significant wins in the UK with E&P and ROV majors, hence they are looking to develop this further as part of their aggressive growth strategy ($4 million USD annual target for the region). The company is small (c.40 people globally with 2 based in Europe (UK and Norway currently) and they have added 20 new hires within the last 2 years.
Proven sales track record of closing contracts within the Oil and Gas industry.
Have established contacts and strong current relationships with Oil and Gas companies in the U.K. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply proven sales methodologies.
High energy and goal-oriented leader. A strong understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the process.
Must be comfortable with the product value proposition and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike.
