The Position & Experience Required:
We are looking for established sales managers with experience in business development, team management and leadership. Previous knowledge on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology / bioprocessing industries are a must as it is a consultative sales role.
We are interested in hearing from sales managers from various life sciences backgrounds provided you have worked in a sales environment previously. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities will include the management of internal and external salespeople as well as generating new business. You will be expected to be experienced in business development as well as managing a team of people. Your focus will be on the biotechnology / bioprocessing markets.
Strong communication and organisational skills are to be expected as well as the ability to function as part of a team, in occasionally demanding environments.
