I am recruiting for a Business Development Manager for the DACH region on a staff basis (work from home with 50% travel) for the PC (Polycarbonate) industry.
You will Formulate and implement the detailed product marketing plan of the responsible region based on Strategic plan and business Development needs of the business unit. Formulate quarterly/monthly sales plan based on the annual sales target and the team discussion, set and finish sales targets for downstream market. Responsible for the development of new customers and maintain good relations, new product development and promotion. Ensure the security of payment and finish payment collection in accordance with the company's financial system.
Candidates require sales experience in PC (Polycarbonate) industry. Proficient knowledge of PC products and downstream applications.
Responsible for organizing the collection of relevant market information, competitor information and customer information, and conducting scientific statistics and analysis, provide market analysis report. Inspect the product market sales foreground; provide the feasibility report of the sales channel, based on the market research results. Giving recommendations for the product marketing strategy and pricing policy according on the Pricing committee related system,
According to sales target and market situation, complete the marketing channel construction, market development, customer management and maintenance work. According to product market development needs, clear industry exhibition plan and related industry forum plan.
Cooperate with major customers/key customers, coordinate technical resources to provide solutions and develop new projects. Coordination of product development and customer service team to provide technical support to customers. Responsible for organizing professional seminars, promoting new products.
