Our client, American multinational energy company, is seeking a SAP Contracts Administrator to work within their facilities located in Westlake, LA.
This person will work on the procurement department, so we can expect dealing with purchase orders and doing the support for the area.
- Contracts Administration
- Supporting Contractor access to facility. Working with security along with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- SAP and Ariba applications (will provide on the job training of these site processes)
- Buying backfill support
- Invoicing backfill support
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business or something related to the field
- Must have 5 or more years of experience
- Must have experience in processing SAP Service Purchase orders and Repair and Returns Material Purchase orders
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and proactively address challenges in an efficient and timely manner.
- Strong computer skills, including the use of the Microsoft Office package and SAP.
