Our client, a major North American energy company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work for a contract within their facilities located in Calgary, AB.
- Provides administrative support to management or a team.
- Budget assistance
- Managing team requests for travel and meeting room bookings
- Timesheet/expense entry
- Systems support and staff changes
- Manage team correspondence, and other secretarial duties.
- Must be bilingual or have strong Spanish speaking skills
- Must have proficiency in different systems from word processing, spreadsheets, SAP and other software used by the business
- Excellent skills with calendar/scheduling tools and strong organizational capabilities are required.
- Experience with scheduling Windows 10 rollouts or other IT projects would be an asset.
