Service Desk Analyst

12-month contract - asap start

About the role:

To provide English and Mandarin (preferred) first and second level IT support to business units within the region.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Provides IT service desk support to company employees during the during the weekdays.
  • Provide support on IT services and products (software and hardware), through various mediums such as telephone, remote desktop control and email.
  • Continuously works towards identifying and correcting chronic issues in IT delivery services and solutions.
  • Partner with business sites to ensure active communication on IT changes and implementations that will impact the business or the service desk operation.
  • Provide assistance to other IT service groups as a background task

Required Skills:

  • BS degree in CS/MIS or equivalent training and experience.
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientated mindset
  • Analytical Skills
  • Bi-lingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bahasa Indonesia would also be a beneficial.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • IT Service Desk experience
