Job description

We are looking for a Site Document Controller to work for our client on a major wind farm construction project based in Regional WA (Wheatbelt region).

Location- Wheatbelt Region, WA

Duration- 12-month fixed term contract (possible extensions)

Rotation- Monday - Friday

Terms: DIDO available from Perth and accommodation provided on site


  • Experience in maintaining an ISO9001 quality management system
  • Knowledge and experience on server-based and web-based document management systems.
  • Sound ability in software such as MS Office, MS Front Page, Adobe Acrobat, Visio. Power Point, Excel and MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability in building excellent business relationships.
  • Experience in developing written reports
  • Understanding of the principles and practices of records management systems
  • Experience in the construction industry would be highly regarded
  • Experience in the maintenance of a document control system

Required Experience

  • Understanding of document management systems
  • Intermediate MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in complex and pressure-filled situations.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information.
