Airswift is seeking an Jr. Tax Analyst (Indirect Taxes) to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major O&G Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze the bookkeeping of invoices for goods and services, checking fiscal books of entry, exit and calculation.
- Calculation of the following taxes: ICMS, ICMS-ST, Poverty Fund, DIFAL, IPI, PIS / COFINS non-cumulative, ISS provided and taken, federal withholdings on the provision of legal entity services (PIS / Cofins, CSRF, IRRF, INSS), as well as withheld in remittances abroad.
- Prepare and check the consistency of federal and state ancillary obligations: EFD-ICMS / IPI, EFD-Contributions, EFD-Reinf
- Monitor state and local messaging boxes.
- Analysis of tax documents, fiscal bookkeeping and other calculation routines for the correct collection of taxes and compliance with ancillary obligations; • Preparation of tax collection guides, payment processing and monitoring of tax discharge.
- To keep permanently updated with the tax legislation in force, in order to ensure the level of excellence of the opinions and opinions on the operations and projects developed by the company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation in Accounting with CRC
- Knowledge of regulatory interpretation and application to operational scenarios
- Excel and PPT intermediate/advanced and familiarity with new technologies
- SAP
- Advanced English
