Airswift is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to work on a Contractor position in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil and Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Paying in reais of suppliers, partners, taxes, tax, using SAP and internet banking as the main tool, ensuring that the procedure and rules are fulfilled within the deadline and internal rules.
- Bank reconciliation, ensuring that entries are accounted for within the month
- Sending bank statements for the previous month to the accounting, Jv teams
- Registering foreign currency rates in SAP
- Updating the register of directors in the banks.
- Assisting the senior analyst in foreign exchange closings when necessary
- Assisting the senior analyst with foreign exchange quotes in currencies other than BRL
- Assisting the senior analyst in foreign exchange closings when necessary
- Attending audits/Sox campaigns when requested
- Assisting in the capital increase payments of M&A
