- Support the Head of Operations & Commercial in developing a commercial astute and responsive business capability which delivers increased results for the business

- Detailed monitoring of customer performance or contract issues which impact our business and develop mitigation strategies to ensure commercial health and performance
- Track and monitor contractual volumes and drive the marketing strategies with commercial teams
- Ensure the development and review of contractual templates, terms and conditions which materially affect the business, suggesting and implementing new mitigations
Finance Management & Reporting
- Prepare and monitor budgets across all Commercial and Operations sites with local teams
- Oversee and finalize the monthly management reporting from businesses
- Undertake analysis of Financial and Operation analytics to identify areas of opportunity and/or gaps
- Work within operations to identify opportunities to optimize financial cost of operations, setting clear targets, budgets and strategies to monitor same

Our client is seeking a Project Communications Engineer to work within their facilities located in Perth, Australia.
The Company
A blue-chip company in the technology sector. With several upgrade projects currently underway in their resource’s portfolio, they are looking for a Project Communications Engineer to assist with this.
The Role
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will work in the program team to assist with analysis and development of scopes of work, designs, documentation specific to oil/gas operating assets, and taking life-cycle ownership of the Management of Change (MOC) and Digital Change processes. The artefacts, MOC entries, and Digital Changes created will support engineering, implementation, commissioning, and close-out of planned works.
This is a Perth based 12-months contracting opportunity with strong likelihood for extension.
Responsibilities
- Develop engineering and change management documentations to satisfy project delivery framework.
- Ensure all documentation is aligned to and compliant with the Australian and Client's communications and electrical standards, as well as handover-to-support processes and procedures.
- Work closely with Client's architects and engineers, and other discipline SMEs, as well as other relevant and related parties required.
- Engage with key technical stakeholders to allow delivery of solutions for the successful delivery of project.
Requirements
- Project Engineering experience in Networks and/or Telecommunications.
- Proven Stakeholders Management experience.
- Perth based with Australian Full working rights.
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification or equivalent is essential.

Our client seeks a Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer. This role is based in the Brisbane CBD and on offer is an initial 12 month contract.
They seek a mid level Project Manager or a Senior Project Engineer wanting to step up. You will be managing a portfolio of business, roughly $3mil value. All projects are resources industry.
You will need:
- Exceptional people skills - someone who has a strong passion for engagement and people management
- Prior experience working with various commodities (limestone, gold, mineral sands etc) will be beneficial
- An engineering background – preference for Civil or Mechanical
- The ability to take care of a small team, working on small and mid sized projects
- Proven Project Management skills, achieving budget, timeframes and customer requirements
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information
- You will need to reside in Brisbane and have full Australian work rights to be considered
