Elevate Your Career in Lead Piping Engineer with Airswift

We are seeking a Lead Piping Engineer to join our team on a full-time contract basis in London, United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the ABSHERON FFD FEED project and manage the piping discipline for the onshore CPF package.

Role Overview

  • Develop equipment and piping layouts, ensuring compliance with project specifications, materials, codes, and standards.
  • Review piping stress analysis and identify critical lines.
  • Ensure piping engineering deliverables adhere to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate piping layouts into overall product design.
  • Perform technical reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for piping systems.
  • Approve 3D models, stress analysis, drawings, and other piping deliverables.
  • Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.
  • Be aware of HSE Standards and adhere to Company Code of Conduct.
  • Identify, control, and manage risks related to piping scope of work.
  • Provide value-adding knowledge to constructability reviews and 3D model reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in piping discipline for oil and gas onshore plants.
  • Knowledge of environmental principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and current Country legislative issues.
  • Experience with piping/subsea, piping, and underwater pipeline.
  • Optional: Experience with piping layouts, piping stress analysis, 3D modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to communicate closely with other disciplines and actively participate in EPC CFT preparation.
  • Familiarity with Project rules, guidelines, and procedures.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in piping discipline for oil and gas onshore plants.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
