Daily activities will include:
• Single north slope point of contact for Willow Logistics
• Supervision of on-site contractors
• Representing Willow Logistics for daily on-slope Project construction activities,
• Liaison with other ConocoPhillips business units,
• Ensuring the validity and adherance to the site material stagng plans and processes,
• Management of on-site resources,
• Developing and responding to prioritized material requirements,
• Responding to dynamic changes during construction activities, and
• Inspection and receipt of materials as required.
HSE
• Proactively lead HSE performance by communicating, fostering, supporting, and enforcing HSE policies, procedures, guidelines, requirements, and objectives.
• Perform HSE engagements and interventions with contracted service providers if required.
• Implement and support the COPA Incident Free Culture (IFC) program with contractors through participation in IFC workshops and field engagements.
• Continuously demonstrates strong adherence to Company SPIRIT values.
Qualification Requirements:
Basic / Required:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 10+ years oil and gas experience preferably including Greenfields/brownfields major project construction.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
Preferred:
• 10+ years direct experience in a supervisory or leadership role on the North Slope.
• Detailed knowledge of existing COP north slope operating practices and contract relationships.
• Experience with materials management and business ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across organizational boundaries.
• Builds strong relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals.

This is a North Slope based Contractor position working a 2-week on/off schedule. The role will report to the Willow Logistics Supervisor based in Anchorage and will be the primary interface with the Willow Field Construction Superintendent and ConocoPhillips North Slope Operations. The role has direct supervision over the personnel and contractors based at KIC supporting the Willow project.
The Willow Logistics Lead – North Slope will be based at Kuparuk Industrial Center (KIC) working with the Willow Project team, contractors and integrated North Slope Operations (including other lease holders) to ensure efficient execution of the ground logistics program supporting Willow Construction and Drilling. The role will oversee and manage all Willow North Slope ground logistics activities including staging, marshalling, and prioritized distribution of fuel and materials to construction sites. It will provide oversight of on-site contractors, equipment, facilities, and materials receipt and inspection duties as required.
The incumbent will be the Willow project interface for several key contractor relationships including: the Logistics Managed Service (LMS) contractor North Slope activities, the Willow logistics staging support contractor and in-field transport and construction contractors. Additionally, internal ConocoPhillips interfaces will include the Kuparuk River Unit (KRU) in relation to Willow Logistics activities and the Willow construction superintendents.
