We are currently searching for a Logistics & Supply Coordinator to be based in Assen, Netherlands and work in a 6-Months contract with the possibility of extension.
Job Description:
Activities:
- Ensure timely processing of contractor proof of delivery in the SLING logistics system.
- Manage chemical stock bookings and levels in SAP.
- Support the Planner Chemical Supply and Fluids with replenishment activities and stock accuracy.
- Process invoices for chemical supply in SAP.
- Create service entry upload sheets in SAP.
- Coordinate with operations staff and planners regarding use and availability of production chemicals.
- Align with contract holders on supply chain issues and stock movement tracking.
- Check contractor invoices and timesheets and align with finance administrators.
- Knowledge of logistics administration processes and systems, especially SAP and SLING.
- Familiarity with ADR transport regulations.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is desirable.
