JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a close working relationship with discipline engineers and operational-level planning staff;
Plan and manage the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, aligned with the discipline coordinators, evaluating safety, priority, criticality, possibility of stopping machines and equipment, materials, labor and other resources that are necessary, aiming at assertiveness in the execution in a minimum downtime
Elaborate planning packages for major corrective interventions or projects for improvement and increased service life, including integrated schedules, S-Curve, Histograms, Procedures, among others, to meet the execution strategy aimed at reducing time and cost, with a focus on meeting the needs of the internal customer.
Elaborate the schedule of scheduled maintenance services through macro integrated schedules for the fleet point of view, developing strategies for coordinating services to ensure uniform service to the maritime units of the fleet.
Monitor and report the progress and performance of each project or maintenance plan, create the histogram with the requests for materials and services to delimit a demand at its beginning and end, sending the information to the requesting customer, in order to follow the evolution.
Contribute to the preparation and analysis of maintenance indicators, as well as the preparation and execution of an action plan for off-target results.
Support discipline engineers in developing business cases related to maintenance;
Coordinate and prepare the budget of the discipline-related annual and 5-year integrated maintenance plans;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Active CREA
• Advanced English
• Office package, intermediate level
• MS Excel and MS Project, advanced level
• Experience with Planning, Programming and Maintenance Control
