Maintenance Planner - CMMS

The Company

A listed innovative tech company. As a result of new and emerging technology products (this isn’t the first), we are looking for Android Developers to help resolve design and coding issues and integrate into applications used.

The Role

You will play a key role within the organisation and you will be a part of the development team where you will get to work in the core team as a mid or senior level Android Developer.

You will possess mid-level or senior level experience and work with a team of 5-7 of various backgrounds (some possessing experience from the biggest tech company in the world!!)

This is a permanent role based in Perth with 2 WFH days per week and flexible hours and other benefits.

You will be

• Reporting and taking instruction from the Principal Engineer (Core team)
• Contributing to development of SDKs and supporting cloud integration
• Actively engaging with Core team to resolve challenging design and coding issues
• Contribute to technological innovation through exploration of cutting-edge hardware, software, and methods.

You will need

• A background in multi-threaded programming
• A solid foundation in programming with the ability to think, communicate, and code clearly
• A strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
• A proven record of quality code by following standard coding practices and process (e.g following code style guidelines and implementing unit tests)
• Experience with modern build pipeline tools such as CI/CD, code coverage of unit tests, peer review process using Pull Requests, and code documentation generation
• Demonstrated experience of Native (Java/Kotlin) Android Development
• Experience working with C++ and Java Native Interface
• Experience with Gradle and Maven library distribution

Qualifications required

A tertiary qualification or equivalent is highly regarded but not essential

The Role

Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager and executive team you will be responsible for;

• Grow the business in line with strategic planning by maximising existing and establishing new client relationships to increase sales revenue and profitability
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands client customer base and ensures its strong market presence
• Lead tenders and proposals obtaining relevant approvals for time and specification commitments
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Includes preparing budgets and approving expenses
• Track, analyse and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends
• Responsible for your own sales territory and meeting sales targets
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

The Individual

This role will suit someone that has previous experience in a high performance environment dealing with enterprise level customers. It is expected that you will have experience with;

• Solution sales – selling projects to enterprise clients
• Modern tech stacks – infra, cloud, cyber 
• Sales pipelines of up to $2m
• Experience and understanding of Managed Services sales

It is essential that you'll have experience within a Technology sales environment.

You will be the primary customer facing contact with customers and it is expected that you are able to communicate professionally, attend regular events to demonstrate your new employers capability and keep your knowledge up to date on emerging trends and technology through ongoing professional development.

The Company

A large WA organisation embarking on a huge internal project upgrading their systems is currently in need of an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help make this process successful.

The Role

You will be working collaboratively with several parts of the business and be a part of a large PMO team. You will be accountable in setting up proper BA framework process for BA activities.

This is a permanent full-time role and includes benefits such as free parking, onsite facilities, some WFH flexibility and many others.

This will suit a Senior Business Analyst with over 7 years’ experience.

You will

• Liaising with different business units and capturing business needs and value drivers
• Translate business opportunities into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, and business impacts of various solution options into actionable insights
• Analyse processes, identify gaps and propose improvements
• Driving adoption and value through business partnerships and work with stake holders to implement solutions
• Preparing technical documentation including user stories, story maps supporting customer experience, as well as related system requirements and test plans.
• Conducting workshops

You’ll need

• Proven experience in setting up frameworks
• Proven experience in business process improvement
• Perth based with Australian Full work rights

Qualifications required

A tertiary qualification in IT or relevant is preferred

Relevant Business Analyst or similar Project Management qualification is highly regarded
