Our client, a major Oil & Gas Company is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler/Admin to work within their facilities located in Lloydminster, AB for a 12-month contract (possible to extend).
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily and weekly scheduling meetings with Plant stakeholders review all work requests and create work orders.
- Prepare and coordinate maintenance daily and weekly work schedules.
- Develop specialized project improvements I.E., training materials to help drive efficiencies in the Work management process.
- Maintain cloud-based support programs that support the scheduling of work KPIs.
- Reporting, Analysing, and distributing data for improvements and measurements.
- Release PMs to ready to schedule status and plot into next 12 weeks look ahead.
- High School Diploma - Required.
- High attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Scheduling experiencing would be considered an asset.
