- Responsible for coordinating the material purchase and movements between vendors, warehouse and construction site.
- Ensure the basis for ordering material is mature enough to purchase the right material at the right quantities.
- Spot check MTO's/BOM's for correctness prior processing.
- Ensure that material is specified, ordered, tracked, delivered and accepted in SAP and maintain SAP data.
- Provide input to MRP controller to maintain material master data in SAP.
- SAP Material Numbers creation for Project Engineers.
- Raise PR's for Project Engineers (PE).
- Act as SAP Superuser in Projects department and provide expertise within the department regarding SAP
- Be the interface to cost controller pool with respect to creating networks to ensure proper cost allocation when ordering material on networks (CAPEX) and on work orders (OPEX)
Requirements:
- Technical University degree and experience not less than 3 years
- Energetic and open minded
- Task oriented with good analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills – verbal and written
