Responsibilities:
- Material handling activities including loading/unloading freight, stacking & moving palletized materials, storing & retrieving materials.
- Package, label, move, and complete required documentation in response to a variety of distribution types of instructions.
- Scheduling of freight carriers and ensuring that all goods and paperwork is accurate and complete per customer orders.
- Receive inbound freight and expedited shipments and MRO/Commodity deliveries, ensure documents are complete and accurate.
- Generate BOM orders from internal customer orders.
- Monitor stock levels against order requirements.
- Perform audit, inventory location assignments, cycle counting and other related support.
- Safety and housekeeping activities
- Meet standards as communicated by supervisor.
- Perform other related duties and activities as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Microsoft Word/Excel and SAP knowledge preferred.
- Oil and Gas Industry and Forklift Experience are preferred.
- Independent and team player mindset.
- Distribution experience like the packaging/shipping/receiving activities.
- Demonstrated ability to perform self-directed work with a minimum of supervision.
- Able to work overtime, weekends, and any shift as needed.
- Comfortable to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface as well as safely bend, stoop, reach, climb steps and use ladder up to 8 hours per day, occasionally up to 12 hours per day.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
