The primary purpose of the role is to effectively lead, coordinate, program and monitor the successful delivery of complex landscape and open space design projects within nominated service, time, quality and cost on a daily basis.
Key accountabilities
- Lead and role model customer focus by solving the customer’s issue within the level of delegation or escalating for resolution.
- Work in partnership with your team leader to agreed performance standards and mutual expectations. Give and receive regular feedback to enable performance to be improved and take personal responsibility for optimising your potential within Client Company.
- Effectively lead, coordinate, program and monitor the successful delivery of complex design projects within nominated service, time, quality and cost standards, in a multi-disciplinary team environment, leadership and design standards will include innovation and environmental best practise outcomes.
- Provide an advisory service which includes investigations, feasibility, schematic and developed designs, design review, preparation of working drawings and specifications and construction instructions.
- Provide high quality services to all customers, in the context of a customer focused environment.
- Professionally represent and support the Landscape Architecture unit within the Client Company infrastructure and to the general public.
- Liaise, provide technical expertise and exchanges information with consultants, suppliers, customers and the general public as required.
- Other duties as required by the Unit Manager, Landscape Architecture and senior management pertaining to the delivery of landscape design services.
- Ensure all Client Company, legal and industry standards of design are met and accept professional and legal responsibilities for designs under control.

Essential:

- Highly developed skills and demonstrated experience in the design, management and delivery of quality landscape and open space projects within established time cost and quality parameters, in context to innovative design solutions including integration of environmentally responsible design solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams including the ability to supervise and prioritise, plan and organise workloads.

Our client is seeking a Change Manager to work within their facilities located in Perth, Australia.
The Company
A Technology consultancy. Due to the need to support a digital transformation program that they are currently embarking on, they require a Change Manager.
The Role
As the Change Manager, you will assist with the development and delivering of the change management and communications strategy for the Cyber Security team. This includes enabling applications (sourcing and implementing business systems solutions) and enabling business (implementation of business process review recommendations).
This is a Perth based initial 6 months contracting role till the end of 2023 with a strong potential of further extension into 2024.
Your Responsibilities
- Application of change management best practice to facilitate understanding and acceptance of change amongst stakeholders, in accordance with an established management framework(s)
- Identification of key stakeholders and stakeholder networks
- Conduct organisational and user change impact assessments
- Development of a change management strategy and implementation plan
- Development of program communications strategy
- Identification and management of user training and change readiness activities
- Preparation of communications materials in relation to the Digital Transformation Program and its portfolio of projects
- Providing change leadership during program delivery
- Facilitation of workshops, meetings, etc…
What you’ll need
- 5 years proven experience in a Change Manager’s role in digital transformation related projects
- Change Management certification i.e., Prosci
