Our client, a major Renewable Energy company, is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Electrician to join their Solar Farm in Darlington Point, New South Wales on a 8:6 rotation.
Responsibilities
Working with a tier one solar brand, we are seeking applications of interest from Field Electricians, reporting to the Lead Technician onsite, the successful candidates would be responsible for completing preventative and routine maintenance on the solar farm, as well as attend breakdown repairs as and when required.
This is a full-time on-going role and would suit someone looking for the stability in a full-time contract as well as exposure and training in PV Solar Farms. Your role will include an active focus on Health and Safety by reporting on hazardous and near miss observations as well as being able to carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Grade Electrician License
- Construction White Card
- Open Driving License
- CPR/LVR
- First Aid License
- Experience in the construction of Solar Farms or other energy infrastructure projects preferred
- Demonstrated commitment and adherence to safety and environmental requirements
- Experience working with Microsoft applications
- Two industry relevant Referees
