Job Description/Functions:
- Develop and maintain innovative solutions for internal and external users, harnessing the full potential of the Microsoft Power Platform. This includes creating canvas apps, model-driven apps, custom code components, and Power Pages to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
- Extend the capabilities of the Power Platform by leveraging your skills in JavaScript and custom plug-ins (.Net), contributing to the creation of robust and customizable applications.
- Create and maintain compelling Power BI reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Job Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience crafting solutions utilizing and extending the Microsoft Power Platform, showcasing your proficiency in canvas apps, model-driven apps, custom code components, and Power Pages.
- 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining .Net/SQL server applications, demonstrating your expertise in building reliable and scalable software solutions.
- 5 years of experience working with enterprise-level SDLC processes, highlighting your ability to navigate complex development lifecycles and deliver high-quality products.
- 5 years of experience with one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful services, and ASP.NET, showcasing your versatile skill set.
- Working experience with developing Power BI reports, enhancing data visualization and analytical capabilities within the organization.
- Working experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Dynamics 365 for Marketing, demonstrating your familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification, underscoring your commitment to mastering Power Automate's capabilities.
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification, showcasing your ability to design and implement complex Power Platform solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) to be considered for this opportunity.
- 8 years of experience in developing/maintaining .Net/SQL server applications, showcasing your mastery of backend development.
- 8 years of experience working with enterprise-level SDLC processes, highlighting your ability to drive projects from conception to deployment.
- 8 years of experience with one or more of the following: JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful services, ASP.NET, demonstrating your proficiency in a variety of technologies.
- 3 years of experience creating solutions utilizing and extending the Microsoft Power Platform, illustrating your expertise in creating customized applications.
- 3 years of experience developing Power BI reports, demonstrating your ability to visualize and communicate data insights effectively.
- 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Dynamics 365 for Marketing, or related CRM/marketing platforms, showcasing your familiarity with customer-centric technologies.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification or Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification, indicating your commitment to advancing your skills.
